Testimonials
Jordan Travis is the complete package: he knows the voice, he knows the singer, and he knows music. Jordan quickly hears what his students most need, and his techniques actually cause the voice to make an immediate change for the better. I study with him, so should you.

Thank you so much for an inspiring workshop! You were quick to assess where you could make suggestions to have the most impact, and our young men responded immediately. The humour in your style made it fun for the choristers, and there is no doubt that they enjoyed it very much. Thank you for bringing our songs alive. I look forward to our next workshop with you, Jordan!
- Linda Beaupre
Artistic Director, Bach Youth Chorus
Jordan has been helping me with vocal technique, and on songs for auditions at many major musical theatre schools across Canada. Thanks in large part to Jordan's skill in coaching, I have achieved my goal; gaining entry into Sheridan College's acclaimed Music Theatre Performance program.

I want to express my sincerest thanks for what you did for our chorus. If the score was not indication enough, your sheer passion, knowledge, enthusiasm, musicality, energy, determination and overall emotional connection with the singers speaks to the contributions you made. It is people like you that make these endeavors the most positive experiences they can be. For that, I thank you immensely.

Any music teacher who questions the value of learning tracks; just one day with learning tracks in my Grade 9 vocal class, they sound like an entirely different group. Having a strong voice in pitch to work with along with their music gives them so much. When we tried our piece today after just 30 minutes of sectional rehearsal with the tracks they sound 200% better. Thanks so much to The Complete Singer Learning Tracks!

The Toronto Accolades, a chorus of 32 women in Harmony Incorporated, had Jordan join us for three consecutive rehearsals January 2010. In his kind and motivating way, Jordan had every member relaxed and engaged right from the beginning. He started with small groups and reviewed fundamentals. From there Jordan expanded to working with whole sections to improve section unity. Lastly, he worked with the entire chorus. The chorus now sounds like a group of 50 or 60 and they are having fun singing with more freedom. We look forward to continuing our work with Jordan at our spring retreat!

Jordan was a fantastic coach and faculty member at our BinG! - Barbershop in Germany - Harmony College. His warm and inspirational way to help discover and develop individual skills for barbershop singing, in a quartet or a chorus, is remarkable. Also he is a great chorus director! For our organization he is a very reliable and pleasant person to communicate and work with. We want him back with us again and booked him as far in advance as possible for the next years.
